Our repertoire includes musicals, revues, comedies and the ever-popular pantomime (oh yes it does!)

It would be appreciated if you could email secretary@egertonplayers.co.uk if you are intending to attend the meeting.

As stated in the in the Constitution, all committee members retire annually and, should they so wish, be re-elected at the AGM. There are 9 positions on the Committee: Chair, Treasurer, Secretary and 6 ordinary members.

Existing committee members seeking re-election are as follows:

Neil Crossley-Roberts is seeking re-election as Chair.

Emma Clarke is seeking re-election as treasurer.

Alan Arthur is seeking re-election as an ordinary member.

Yvonne Smith is standing down after serving on committee for five years.

Heather Gould is seeking election as secretary and has been nominated and seconded.

Wendy Thomas and Louis Robinson have been nominated and seconded as ordinary members.

This leaves three places to fill on the committee and we would encourage members to consider filling these roles. Nominations are invited and should be submitted to the secretary by 19th February.

As stated in the constitution 'Any two Adult Members may nominate an Adult Member as Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer or Ordinary Member of the Committee, having previously obtained his/her consent. Nominations must be received by the Secretary at least three days before the AGM.' an email to the secretary with the names of the nominee, proposer and seconder is perfectly acceptable.

If you have any points relating to the previous AGM minutes, the agenda for this AGM or any issues or questions you would like raised at the meeting, please email the secretary by 19th February.

With best wishes from The Egerton Players Committee
